Dr. Bell is a graduate of Meharry Medical College, in Nashville, TN, where she graduated with a degree as a Doctor of Dental Surgery. She completed her residency at St. Elizabeth's Hospital and Washington Hospital Ctr, in Washington, DC. Dr. Bell currently maintains three cosmetic private practices(Freeport/ Manhattan/Rockville Ctr.), since 2001; and also maintains a special needs population practice based in Long Island.
